Returns & Exchanges Policy<\/h1>\n

You have the right to return the product you receive within 20 days (calendar and not working days) from the day you purchase and pay for the product and request its replacement with another size or another product of any kind whether it is clothes-bag-shoes\u00a0<\/p>\n

The basic condition for returning the product is that it is found\u00a0in its original state,\u00a0<\/strong>in its original packaging\u00a0intact<\/strong>, must always have the company cards with which it is accompanied and that no damage has occurred to it. Also, there must be\u00a0the retail receipt or the purchase invoice. In the event that the product or its packaging has been altered in any way, NO EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Changes are always made based on the current prices valid on that day in the eshop\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also refunds are not made and credit balances are not given for other purchases whenever the return must be closed with an exchange and purchase of a new product equal to the above value based on the prices of the products in the Eshop on that day\u00a0<\/p>\n

In case you choose to be sent a new product for replacement, you can contact us to place a new order. You return the product at your own expense and once we receive your parcel, your exchange is sent with the charges mentioned in the paragraph above\u00a0<\/p>\n
